Target Hilic-Z

The Target™ HILIC-Z liquid chromatography column is manufactured using spherical ultrapure silica gel with high mechanical strength. It is bonded with sulfonic acid and quaternary ammonium zwitterionic functional groups. This configuration significantly enhances the retention of ionic compounds and provides selectivity distinct from traditional HILIC and ion-exchange mechanisms, making it ideal for separating polar, hydrophilic ionic compounds.
